Registration is Closed for the following Divisions:

4    Under-6

4    Under-8 Girls

4    Under-12 Girls

4    Under-12 Boys

4    Under-14 Boys

As of 8/20/08 some space may still be available for the following Divisions:

4    Under-8 Boys

4    Under-10 Boys

4    Under-10 Girls

Please call the hotline (650) 728-9141 or e-mail our registrar immediately if you are looking to sign-up

for these open divisions.  The availability will be given out on a first-come, first served basis.  Once a

completed application and Check are received by our registrar this space will be confirmed.

 

Your child must be born between 8/1/89 – 7/31/04 (4 years-old by 7/31/08) to play. 

The age range for each division (for Fall ’08 & Summer ’09) is as follows:

 

4    Under-6      8/1/02 – 7/31/04  

4    Under-8      8/1/00 – 7/31/02 

4    Under-10    8/1/98 – 7/31/00

4    Under-12    8/1/96 – 7/31/98

4    Under-14    8/1/94 – 7/31/96 ß No Girls Team Fall 2008

4    Under-16    8/1/92 – 7/31/94 ß No Teams Fall 2008

4    Under-19    8/1/89 – 7/31/92 ß No Teams Fall 2008

 

At the discretion of the league, players may be able to play up (in a higher age group) based on their ability.  Players are never allowed to play in a lower age group.

 

Important Dates for the Fall 2008 Program:

4    Tues. May 20th             Early-Bird Registration ($100 per child) @ Round Table from 6-9pm

4    Tues. June 10th             Early-Bird Registration ($100 per child) @ Round Table from 6-9pm

4    Sat. June 14th               Early-Bird Registration ($100 per child) @ El Granada during Summer Picture Day

4    Sun. June 15th               Regular registration ($125 per child) begins by mail

4    Thurs. July 31st             Regular Registration Ends.  Teams to be based on players signed up as of this date.

4    Fri. August 1st               Sign-ups not guaranteed but on space-available basis

4    Sat. Sept. 6th                Opening Day for Fall 2008 Soccer

4    Sat. Sept. 13th              Picture Day at El Granada field

4    Sat. Oct. 18th               No Games – Pumpkin Festival Weekend

4    Sat. Nov. 8th                Final Games for Fall 2008 Season

Do you want to minimize your time filling out paperwork?  Go online to e-AYSO to fill out your child’s registration form.  Our region is #1099.  The e-AYSO site will walk you through the process.  The advantage is that you can access and use this information again for the next season (Fall or Summer). The information is in a database for the sole use of our region for league purposes only.  Don’t forget to print out 3 copies and bring the to a Registration Event.  YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOUR FORMS & PAYMENT ARE RECEIVED.

AYSO represents the values of open registration, positive coaching, balanced teams, good sportsmanship and everyone plays.  It is a national non-profit organization that is run by volunteers for the kids.  When you register your child please consider volunteering your time.  Training is provided and there are many jobs, some of which require only a small amount of time.  Volunteers and sponsorships are needed in order to keep registration fees as low as possible.
